They always greeted me with a smile and went out of their way to help. the natural hot spring bath was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring the city. the location was also a plus, as it was conveniently located near several shops and restaurants.
The hotel felt outdated, with old furnishings and decor that could use some renovation. the WiFi also had its issues and wasn't always reliable.
